Subscription Terms

Memberships are personal/business-specific and may not be shared.

Paid plans renew monthly; the applicable price is displayed at checkout.

Benefits are available only while the subscription is active. Unused support entitlements do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

Gold and Consulting support is subject to appointment, capacity, service area and availability.

On-site work under the USD 500 consulting plan requires scheduling and mutual confirmation; travel, accommodation and third-party costs may be quoted separately.

WiseTurk may suspend access for abuse, payment failure, unlawful use or security risk.

Important: No website terms can eliminate all legal risk. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the countries in which subscriptions are sold, especially consumer, auto-renewal, tax and distance-service rules.
